Other than job security there is nothing positive.Job security is there due high attrition & new people hardly join.

... mails.Its better to stay jobless than work over here.Its not a job it's a scam.People are forced to pay money from their own pockets regularly.Its a complete mess.

Work life balance was really good, Had good Growth with 3Promotions in 8years Allowed WFH during Covid Situation Good Learning in Personality development and Management.

Dislikes

Salary not upto the market standards Internal Politics with bith HO & Regional levels. Growth stagnant after certain levels due to Comfort Zone of Regional Level Managers. No proper Clarity on appraisal based on our performance.

Working from last 5+ years very good experience. Lots of things which I don't know I learn here. Company culture also good job security depends on your performance as I am in sales you no the pressure. Not much pressure compare to other companies. Company employee policies are best good benifits.

Dislikes

Management does not address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow after giving year to year outstanding performance.

Kotak Life is good option for those who wants a average salary in their home town and don't want any promotions. Overall Management is good.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not up to the mark. You will not going to get desired increment and promotions also after serving a lot for the company for 5-6 years.

Dislikes

...rowth. Company is far away from goregaon stations and paid bus service is there. Compensation is low as per maket.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
