Salary was good and on time.job role change was also available.

Dislikes

They treat employers as donkeys. Multiple job reporting is a headache. Superiors shout at us. They think they are owners of the company being held some shares of the bank. No proper job training. Only employee satisfaction at all.

... everything if u stay alive, congratulations you won't get promoted or anything. Neither your salary will increase. You will be insulted, given slang, you will be over worked to meet impossible targets which is impossible. No holidays nothing. No overtime. You cannot sit in branch. You have to be on field and your manager will call you continuously to get updates. After reaching home you have to send business updates. If you are not able to do business any one day in morning meeting they will tell you to turn on camera doesn't matter you are traveling or anywhere. They basically treat you like animals. I don't understand how are these companies allowed to operate like this. No help from seniors or anything. Please don't join this watever. This is not a bank rather a sales organisation.

Salary and job confirmation is totally Disappointing ,PF deducted in basic salary, worked for one year then still not job confirmation as there rules , privilege and sick leaves also just Formalities when you resigned they deduct in your F&F

...nt. You get lots of exposure of the different companies who have account there. Salary on time ✅ Leaves are also there, but again it depends on your Reporting authority. There is such a brand name, but the higher authority fails to maintain it.

There is no work-life balance; leaving time is not fixed and depends on the manager. Some leave at 6 pm while others have to work until 9 pm due to favoritism and bias. HR tends to favor the manager. No proper training, atleast they should give proper training of 7-10days. They say- be on the counter, and you will know how to handle customers, (even if you have no experience before still) They treat you poorly, shifting you from one branch to another at their whim, without considering your preferences. They disregard positive customer feedback about you. They show no concern for your health. Even if you finish your work by 5 pm, they expect you to assist colleagues, insisting on logging off together as a team. They may push you to the point where you choose to leave the job.
