Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good.
