Somehow Salary structure must be revised atleast those who are working since last more than 10 years and PmS rating in continuously 1 ... I have 1 rating since last 8 years and having 12 years in ICICI bank..But salary in comparativeto others same grade and too low to me...

Salary and Appraisals are standard, irrespective of how an individual Employee is performing. The appraisal is standard all across. Additionally, the Employee is categorised basis the B-schools even after being in the organization for many years and there is a huge difference in the salary packages for Employees at the same grade

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Thank God for centralized appraisals, otherwise one wouldn't get a dime! The company culture is deteriorating with every passing minute. You won't get to learn new things unless the hierarchy sees their own benefit in it. Favourism and partiality goes hand in hand and at a peak level.

Low salary Poor management by team leads Poor hike on promotion No merit based promotion or hike (promotion based on years of years worked irrespective of the performance, just like government job)
