Job security id there so anyone can survive if they are not performing too, salary is low and promotion and appraisal is rare if you are not from sponsored/Tie up colleges.

Except the salary nothing is good. It totally depends upon the manager you get, there is no work life balance, terrible culture, except Mumbai no work space too Personal experience: When you go to washroom your chair would be stolen and then you have to wait until next person goes for loo

Worst experience at all. Do clarify your role before you join

- Lot of learning opportunities. It's really good for freshers - Job security - No rating provision now - Bonus is calculated on your basic pay so high experience and positions senior manager and above get good amount of bonus - High positions also get ESOP

- Fixed salary and increment is less in comparison to industry - High pressure for job these days, only corporate segment is good with work life balance
