It was like a government job which provides job security and can take a leave easily in case of you required some.

Dislikes

...ducts to the person who is not in a need of that product and can't afford it. If you are on the counter and during rush hours and you just make one mistake you may loose your salary plus you will receive the loan.. Whether you are selling or not you would be constantly discouraged for the work making in doubt your abilities.

I feel ICICI Bank as the best organization for there employees specially women employees. Job security , healthy work environment, good bosses, good opportunities,always supportive in the hours of crises.

Bonus are decent but growth is slow .

...ates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria.Company Policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...y offs to cut their cost but it has drastically effect the living of employees.. Fortunately ICICI Bank do not believe in this, they have also provided us the yearly bonus during the lockdown and also does the increment to a certain designation.

But on the contrary side, there is high risk involved because of employees going outside to do customer meetings and to sell banking products irrespective of the situation outside. And pressure has increased at a larger pace.
