Slow career growth. There is lot of favoritism where in the deserving employee doesn't gets recognized and promoted.

I like work environment as well as there is we can more banking knowledge and we can improve our SQL domain skills like in SQL and ms office as well as sas

There is no support from mangers and I'm totally dissatisfied with salary package and increment and we should work compulsory from office

I was campus placed, so luckily I got 16 CTC ( 75k in hand) rest they kept in performance bonus and which they generally hesitate to give.

...place for you. Along with work, you should also have to be good politician too. I was forced to resign, just because they're in the process of cost cutting and searching scape goats to accomplish that, unfortunately I was the one whose manager doesn't supported and created ultra toxic work environment, that forced me to resign.

No work life balance you have to work on weekends and late nights. The work load is too high as the number of emails are less. The attrition rate is really high so this is not just me join only if you don't have any other option

The company has varied types of clients and the pay is at par the industry standards

Dislikes

The work culture makes it difficult for employees to work in the organization. The managers are demanding and are not concerned at all about work life balance. Also most of them are at the position because of vintage and unable to delegate tasks properly, thus tons of work gets dumped that exhausts you. If you are a junior the outlook is not of a colleage but of college junior and managers treat you as their personal attendat with justification that it being a part of learning.
