Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. ...look you as a Human. Even in this century those people see Caste and Religion. Only the Salary part is good other than that nothing. No Work life balance. Have to work for 12 hours daily. Though there are not much work you will be asked to sit until your senior tells you to go home. They will just change your role without your consent and ask you to move to other departments.
