1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.

Dislikes

1) Bank credit policy. 2) Low Salary structure 3) Delay to proceed customer request. 4) Top management support.

Icici Banks knows for its innovation as well as their culture which is top notch I don’t why my earlier review got rejected but ICICI bank is the one which leads me to banking market as well as my 1st company proud icician

Only dislikes are salary and remuneration though we are getting a good amount of bonus but still salary is low

It's an one of the largest brand in the banking industry.Salary is good and grade promotion is given after 2-3 years.

Huge sales pressure.Organaisation tell you that there is no target.But you have to give commitment forcefully.

The salary is credited at the last day of the month.the staff can work here because the customers have trust on ICICI BANK not on the employees.

Dislikes

Dirty politics and environment. The superiors will always humiliate you and if by any chance you will get promoted, others will pull down you. They treated their employees as a servent, after 10am, BM told all employees to go out and put up business, and come back branch after 6pm. They even gave no leave in your medical emergency. The entire dumdum region is getting suffocating environment because of some BMs.

The colleagues are greatly supportive. Everyday new things can be learned. As a new comer in Bank, I am thrilled to join in one of the finest banking culture in India.

Dislikes

The salary is low so as the growth possibility. But with time it will improve. But there is very little scope of celebration. Even on Bank's birthday, we couldn't celebrate as there was no initiative.
