Company policies worst I was affected by Covid-19 one month salary is cut despite I am having privilege leave... I raised a compliant to my Branch manager she said please contact HR. Then I contacted HR they said it's not in the company policy to pay you when you are affected by Covid 19. You will lose your self esteem just for the sake of Salary. Kindly don't work here at any level....

Morning 9 am you will start they day with full of tension, stress, anxiety, spill over of yesterday's target..... Target.... Target... Even you achieved the target they will ask you how much you will do for the next day.... No proper training for the new Joineers they are struggling a lot to cope up with the work.... And moreover they will loot the customer.... False information, misrepresentation, unethically selling products which may not have any purpose for the customers. For example credit cards customer may have ICICI bank credit card they will sell another credit card by saying it's life time free after a year or so they will start charging you. At several instances customers turn to branch and search for the people who mislead them. It's a great insult to be a customer of icici bank. They will loot the customers in all possible ways. Every new products, New schemes, Intrest Rates etc..... It's a way of looting from the customers. If you work hard in Icici bank the top people in the Hiracray will get more Richer and Richer.... You will be served peanuts.

...e. It provides you ways to grow ur knowledge and use it in your day to day work. The salary caps are a bit low especially if you are ftom the P.O Batch but for deserving candidates...Its not an issue...period.

People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,

1)After office time I am not received any office call from my seniors. 2)WebEx not happening in frequently. 3)I get more space to work freely in my department. 4)Get holidays on time as well as leave with out any questions from seniors.

... 2) mentel sales pressure and mis guided to customer to opening trading account. 3) reporting Manager providing low salary range customer below 20K salary, and they can't eligible for cc , trading account, home loan, car loan etc, but reporting Manager asking sales number from that's wasted leads. 4) for account opening corporate they will send you Chennai to kanchipuram district almost 160 kilometres per day very long distance. U spent fuel Rs 9000/- and more but company give fuel allowance only 4,000/- 5) and your reporting Manager rejected your fuel allowance 3 to 4 times without any reason. 6) office time 9:15am to 5:15pm but after joining in few days management says 9 am to 7pm and some time 8pm to 9pm happened 7) my reporting Manager Deepak Kumar working Chennai koyambedu branch. He always like girls fellow. He don't like to talk boys and laughing. He only like girls and laughing time pass. And lunch time enjoying with girls eating food by his hand, and free pickup dropped for ladies but no boys. 8) if you go to ask employees icici toll free number they don't take an action to them because internal policies is fraud. 9) i left ICICI Bank 5 months ago still PF amount not settelment in pf account. 10) my good advice to youngers u have completed his /her degree please don't join like this of company. They give more stress full job and give low budget salary. Stay away.
