99%secure job till you are not doing any blander misktake you will be there...career growth is also there but competition level is high and salary also they are not providing much if you are joining with atleast AM grade this is a best company in banking industry.. team mate and managers are also very friendly and they also motivate to achive good career.

Everything is good here except salry hike and promotion because of competition and little bit politics.

Good place to work . Business pressure is High. Work life balance is there.

Low pay . Posting in different places . North Indians will be posted in south India and so difficult to survive as we don't know language and Food problem also.

Working with ICICI is very satisfying. Employee get greater exposer for other banking sector.

... cooperative. And get aggressive very easily from silly cause) With the staff. Salary is not good.

Very focused on Skill development, no boss management culture, lots of data oriented actionable taken, very tech savvy and technology oriented, Strong HR policies.

Dislikes

...gement. Decision made only upon statistical reference instead of ground reality. Very poor compensation policy, no incentive or rating culture. Man marking, staff usages, proper staff onboarding, training and monitoring are missing. Depth not there to generate more business, thus missing out market share in most of the non metro or semi urban location.

...and audit teams are involving the branches and wrong potrait to super officials. Low level lady staff are working for only salary not for organisation. They will escalate the small things to HR also.
