...look you as a Human. Even in this century those people see Caste and Religion. Only the Salary part is good other than that nothing. No Work life balance. Have to work for 12 hours daily. Though there are not much work you will be asked to sit until your senior tells you to go home. They will just change your role without your consent and ask you to move to other departments.

...e bosses. They humiliate the employees if the work is not completed for the day. Appraisals and bonus are fairly good. If you are very good at sales and bring revenue to the company 'daily', the treatment is good, if not you are screwed. Talking about career growth, it's not really good though, it purely depends upon how good you're at sales.

Dislikes

Working hours is not fixed. They may ask to stay upto 9pm too, if the work is not done. Sometimes harsh words are used on the employees if the day target is not achieved (incl. female employees). Work-life Balance is zero. They have office calls at anytime irrespective of working hours, and we are bound to answer them. If we question about the working hours they bring up our achievement for the day/month and humiliate. Basically the bosses are dominating and they will go to any extent if the work/target of the sales is not achieved. On the whole company culture and employee treatment is something I disliked.

No job security....work culture is being a slave for the pay cheque.... Target..... Target... Target.... Nothing more than that even if you achieve the target they will ask you do more..... Targets never end....

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.

Thank God for centralized appraisals, otherwise one wouldn't get a dime! The company culture is deteriorating with every passing minute. You won't get to learn new things unless the hierarchy sees their own benefit in it. Favourism and partiality goes hand in hand and at a peak level.
