Appraisal is fixed in every 3 year, salary increment is fixed, good bonus, good HR policy

You will have to do multiple work at a time, office time is very strict for coming but not for going. You will be threatened multiple times for sending back you to HR, or getting warning mails and memos which make the job security very low for the organisation No work life balance good if you are bachler or not married

...ing experience (both good and bad ofcourse which is part of any job or company). Good place to start a career in banking with decent package as a fresher.

No work life balance , appraisals purely on sole discretion of Team leaders ,HR is only for name and for papers to show outer world . Complied to work even on public holidays . This is specifically for Noida zone , other locations may have different scenarios

Best HR policy among all banks. High job security. Best bonus and good salary. 30 days only notice period. Decent work culture

Dislikes

Too much expectations from credit department. Too much responsibilities on credit department. Multi product culture. Means credit manager has to underwrite multiple product and give best TAT in all. Fast paced and unsettled environment. Low conveyance rate.

Great working atmosphere good team environment off course pressure is everywhere especially when it comes to Private organisations but stil after spending more than 5 years with this great organisation i must say you will never find a strong HR binding brand and employee friendly culture anywhere else

nothing much but being with this organisation at very early age i think salary and financial stability is the only thing i would prefer above all
