Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Only benefit is Salary and Bonuses.

Dislikes

Worst working culture at Chennai BBG team, No appreciation for anything only blame games. Too much stressfull environment. Even on Medical leaves RH and RHS will ask to work from home. Working hours might go till 12 hours on most of the days.

...look you as a Human. Even in this century those people see Caste and Religion. Only the Salary part is good other than that nothing. No Work life balance. Have to work for 12 hours daily. Though there are not much work you will be asked to sit until your senior tells you to go home. They will just change your role without your consent and ask you to move to other departments.

Good place to work . Business pressure is High. Work life balance is there.

Dislikes

Low pay . Posting in different places . North Indians will be posted in south India and so difficult to survive as we don't know language and Food problem also.

...oyee to go out because these idiots start and end the day with conference call.. Finally the salary for me is 14,000 + 3,000 peteol allowance but it get rejected if we can't finish our targets..Yearly bonus will be in April month if your are good to achieving day to day target you will get 3 month salary as bonus if not 1 month salary as bonus.. I am not suitable for this job so i quit after 4 months many told me to sustain atleast 1 year but i can't handle the pressure and mental trauma the gave in the name of conference call ( Literally i hate that word ).. My opinion is if you have talent to sale anything you can join unless don't waste your time..
