If you are a fresher then it's one of the best place to work with. You get get overall knowledge of banking industry. If you are a self motivated person then it's best for you because over here no one spoon feed you majority of the time you have to come up with your own strategy. It will be challenging job.. Overall work culture is great and you will come across good people. Plz note you will get a sales job if you get hired in retail banking. Things you will learn here: 1. Customer service 2. Communication skills 3. Financial Advising 4. Team management 5. Leadership skills 6. Telecommunications 7. Sales (most of people can't do this so be sure you are ready to sell every product that a banks offer). They will give you ample of time to settle yourself and HR policy of icici group is very strong 💪

Dislikes

1.Low salary which demotivates employees. 2. Lack of knowledge in your peers members 3. Infrastructure is too bad at some branch . At some point of time you will face alot of issues like connectivity issues and all. 4. No proper training to employees.

Good work environment, Teammates are supportive. However it lacks recreational activities and its only work work work. Also benefits and perks are not matched with other competitors. During covid ICICI gave very less bonus and 0% hike. Also I work in digital channels but still I am not allowed to work from my home town. I had to work from my base city instead of my home town.

...er growth, Learning opportunities are very few. No job training for new joinees. Low salary for the job profile.

I like work environment as well as there is we can more banking knowledge and we can improve our SQL domain skills like in SQL and ms office as well as sas

There is no support from mangers and I'm totally dissatisfied with salary package and increment and we should work compulsory from office

Work life balance is there if you are a Virtual RM. Salary is below average as compared to posh cities where cost of living is high like Bangalore. HR policies is good. Fresher should take a chance to learn and embibe in the field. Coming to promotion it is by default your years of experience and expertise in the domain.
