It's a safer place to work with .....good overall knowledge on banking domain u can gain in bigger branch and smaller branches ....it teaches to have patience while being in service industry

Salary hike and no incentives are major drawbacks ....though every profile in bank have sales roles only these days

I like job how to convince customer and collect the collection & how to convince customer how to sales And saporting all team members And i likely enjoyed work

I feel good working at ICICI BANK LTD but the salary they provided compare to the work we do is very less. But the work culture is excellent. I learnt a lot from the organisation.

I only dislike about the appraisal and the salary they offer. Rest is very good for me.

Training is not given to employees you have to learn from the existing employees even people 2 to 3 grades lower to you ,so a person always has limited information about a activity. You can we asked to do those activities that are for lower grades then you.

Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting
