Good work environment and cultureI like the way they take care of their employees and supporting team members. There is huge cafeteria space and with quality food stalls.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. Cab facility is not there and for chilly there is no gaming space.

Icici bank is the best place to work.i worked at gachibowli branch n the work environmnt is vry good,n the team.leaders r vry supportive.one of the best place i hv ever worked.

Salary package was vry low,rather than dis thr r no issues.

Good work culture, Always work on ethics, No Flexible timings but work needs to be done on time. Performance based bonus is an advantage. Too much work pressure

Manpower issue and cost cutting from seniors leads to loads of work

Overall the organisation in terms of salary structure, Work life balance and promotion appraisal is better than any other existing Bank.

Dislikes

The organization is certainly not meant for employees who are novice in the banking field. The training and helping environment is not at all good.

Grading system is not there. Decent salary for beginners

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting
