...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I need to work at office not at home its not good to work in home i am getting to much stress and depression please get to us office as soon as possible please

Job satisfaction and people are working here from more then 15 year because of comfort zone.

No bonus , no increment , not even a packet of sweets in Diwali or any fastival and if u get A in a year u will get 5% to 7% salary hike .

I like everything about TCS except salary and benefits

There are few employees taking advantage in the name of TCS, don't even know how to type on keyboard but sitting in manager position. As per TCS policy no one can terminate them but it makes others in pressure.

No salary benifits No health concern addressed No employee respect No promotion No for everything If your are even not well they have fishy so called doctors who are not even graduated 1styr students who evaluate your medical reports and say invalid even if the concern s major . If you lov TCS join when your are above managerial position.

... is so much work being put in but appraisals are not very good most of the time. The pay is not enough for putting your body and mind on the line. Most of HR is pretty rude and aggressive, if you are in RMG they chose projects for you that you don't even aspire to be in. Even if you get a 4 rating you get a C banding and to get a 5 is nearly impossible. The politics need to end and even managers at higher levels need to be held accountable. People aren't trustworthy in my experience no matter how good or helpful you are to them. People are always speaking in Hindi which shouldn't happen. I feel the values infused as a part of TCS years ago has lost all value or meaning. They never care about your mental health no matter how open you are about that.
