...tween permanent employees and contractual employees whether you are as good as. Contractual employees salary and permanent employees salary have far difference. I'm talking about engineer role and above. And for contractual, you have to work monday to saturday and for permanent they have to work monday to friday.

They hardly allowed for work from home even during the peak level of Covid crisis.

They don't value for our lives. We have crossed paths that were sealed during lockdown, in order to reach the college; due to the fear deduction in salary. Salary was deducted without any notice. Few lost their jobs. Half salary with double work along with zero motivation made our work miserable. most of the faculties left the institute voluntarily due to this.

The College itself got a very goof infrastructure and good work culture. If you understand what is expected from you and perform accordingly then there is good job security and career growth and opportunities. Finally it was a good overall experience.

Compensation and benefits were average and skill development and learning curve is below par.

Everything. Starting from Emotional Harassment, invading your personal life, being a woman sucks here. They cannot accept anything new. They just create lobby’s of power and give names like responsibility and shit. Never come here.
