..., you can survive.If you are from other state, they will not properly cooperate. Work-culture and pay is too bad. By giving the small pay, they will expect you to work whole day.

Work life balance is good. Bonus is good if you’re having great salary. Value for employees

If you’re an outsider , that means your native is not Kerala then please don’t think of this company. Initially you will feel great and excited but eventually you’ll be depressed as in scrum they use their own language rather using english. Half of the time they will translate. There’s no decorum of corporate ethics. If you’re from Kerala and you don’t want to step out of your comfort zone then please go and stay there only cause it’ll be like you’re home. Otherwise there’ll be always a gap no matter how hard you work , no matter you even try to learn their language they will never appreciate rather they prefer own people.

Except salary we have other benefits.Appraisal is low comparitively,will get 2-10 percentage in a year. Company culture was good, less politics. Have a good training team which helps to skill development.

Some times could not able to maintain work life balance.when working with product team.

...ou would feel like you are the only one who can handle what you have did before. But don't expect the salary hike. You would get team champ, excellence awards but these won't get reflects in your salary.

CTC is not inflated with frivolous components. They tell and write what they pay, which felt very transparent, rare to see nowadays. That was a huge win, atleast for me. Job security is there, learning takes place almost daily and they encourage to learn more. I have also heard about good insurance policy, but have never utilised on this, so no idea. Good place to grow. They give real WFH and not a fake one like 3 day office and 2 day WFH etc - so freedom of work location is definitely there. Also, Hiring HRs were definitely among the best ones I had encountered among the other offers I had received. I can stay a long time here if they give full WFH, try to maintain a better work life balance and give better hikes.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad, no doubts about it. Sometimes one might have to work on weekends too, for some teams. Hikes are not the best either.
