I really respect IBM and its values. Salary package and work from home option is also good.

Completely manager based company and there is no such thing as HR. Peoples managers are puppets in hands of managers. Mainly with me, Jagadeesh Raghupatruni when I requested for a release asked me to leave IBM but he was not ready to give release from project provided that I have given proper reasons and deliverables. This made me loose respect and made move out of the company.

it's best MNC company where you treated equally and learning scope is huge and work culture is based on the account you are in.. overall is great company

salary hike cycles and rating is based on quota allocated to the account level and some accounts getting more hours work without billing etc.. overall it's great company to get experienced.. some good and some bad that's the way of life right?!

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Job security - there are so many projects. If you are on bench then don't worry if you have skills.

There is nothing like annual/yearly appraisal. You can be on same package for 4 years no matter how hard you work. They will only point out for "out of the box like independently developed some AI toll or equivalent to it" thing and at this point you will loose the battle. If you are okay to get yearly 1-2% hike on overall package then only you should join

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.
