Need Suggestion’s

I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.

The team I am working with is very supportive and friendly. IBM offers good work-life balance and flexibility. It won't fire you unless you really can't perform despite many chances given.

Dislikes

IBM typically offers salary that is lower than industry standards and the yearly increments are either non-existent or very low. Same is the case with bonuses which is typically a week's pay (not even a month's). Please generally stick around because of great work-life balance that IBM offers.
