Am I getting Lowball offer?
I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

...rty they don't have any role in IBM just they are here to hire and onboarding. Workload is too much with less salary and benefits. Onboarding kit is not provided. Just you will get laptop.

Culture is good and people talk decently. those relax but good relation survive. Good research they do.

Dislikes

Due to onshore cost. in India they pay very bad. Old 22 yrs and new 7 years getting same salary: Good consulting people left company. Now most are acquiring positions from Indian cos bringing bad culture. They loose projects due to high cost. Internal long serving people have no value.

IBM has good work culture and ethics. All employees are treated equal mostly. Lots of channel available for learning new skills. Very flexible and relaxed environment and Job security is good.
