No pay Hike as its global pandemic. I see lot of opportunities related to IT security in IBM. cyberark, qualscan and sail point IDM and tivoli , splunk related skills in high demand.

While joining IBM be aware from that is your not from third party pay roll because when you are on 3rd party payroll you are employee your are just labourer for them u don't have your personal life after joining , I worked there in hinjewadi phase 1 idea cellular building

2 days rotational shift means 2 day morning 2 day evening and 2 day night and the week off is for only sleep i work there 3 to 4 months without single day off that is week of Ibmer acts like collector and your are just labourer to do there job Worst management in IT company i ever see and hear,

Self learning facilities are excellent, appreciate that. Access to digital libraries.

...on the floor. 9hrs 24x7 shifts without transport and very less shift allowances. Hence you need to invest your vehicle and pay your allowance in petrol. IBM is for Managers and SMEs, will suggest L2 and L3 not to join IBM.

...experience as there won't be any chance for you to get a project of your desire. Salary benefits and hikes are minimal. Forget about promotions, you can be in the same position even during your retirement. IBM is managed by managers and managers are managed by their loyal puppets.

No recognition for hard workers. No career growth. Financially no development even working from 7yrs but freshers have nice package more than experienced, so disgusting ,please cooperate for employees financial status too n give recognition
