Promotion process is not good. If you are on higher package in your band limit then don't think about the promotion for 3-4 years.

...n which I worked there do not give us prior intimation for project wrapping off. At the end of the day they immediate asked me to leave but they gave me atleast next 3 month salary that was good for me.

Only happy thing was work from home which changed back to return to work

Dislikes

No hike, no promotion, full of work, no work life balance which depends upon project to project but yes no compensation benefits after joining ibm which is same for all the projects in ibm.
