Am I getting Lowball offer?

I currently work at Accenture and, after 4 years and 3 months of experience, have a fixed pay of 7.33 L (7.9 L CTC). I recently qualified for Senior Data Engineer at IBM and got an offer for 13.92 L (1299200 fixed, 66342 PF and 26537 Gratuity). I wanted to check if this offer is fine or if I am getting a lowball offer for the Gurugram location.

The salary that they hired us at. Is the only benefit. Whatever you can get as on boarding salary that is all it's going to be cus there are no hikes 1% after 18 months.

Dislikes

No growth in role. No women in management role. Men dominant and no women compassion. Copy paste job. You will end your career once you come here. No hybrid. Leaves are a big issue. 3 hours before shift timing leaving from home. FYI it takes 2 hr from my house to reach office but in this project need to leave 3 hour prior from home. Cab facility is there but more of a punishment. Daily leaving 30mins late from office increasing the commute time. Partial treatment for a select few. Massive politics massive. People have gotten away with harassment due to management support. If you are a girl I will not recommend you to join this project.

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.

No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

No doubt working with prestigious organisation like IBM is a eye catcher. Company will force you to learn anytime. So you will learn a lot through, learning assignment , free premium udemy, wfh facility.

Only Salary. What you get at the time of joining , will be fixed. No increment in any manner. There is no standard to that. So make sure ,you ask higher. They will deny on this but it is true. It is not Limited to me having 3 yrs in IBM but others who has 7 years too has the same issue.

Dislikes

...less it find u belong to a perticular region or language. So wouldn't recommend. Additionally very less pay and no perks. U never expect for promotion even.
