Need Suggestion’s
I have 3 years of experience at IBM as a #DataEngineer in a Big Data role. I have applied to multiple MNCs, and I received an interview mail from TCS for a Data Engineer role on 22nd January. I rescheduled the call, but I haven’t received any confirmation or reschedule mail from TCS since then. Could anyone suggest what I should do next? Also, if anyone could share #DataEngineer interview questions, it would be greatly helpful for my career.

...ed, they work in a lobby mostly. People who they know gets the first preference. Compensation structure has always been bad. Now with the new hybrid model the flexibility is somewhat gone.

Very poor salary range and no salary hike year after another. Their salary package range is half or 1/3rd of the salary of other companies. Don't give salary hike to existing employees for year after another and management doesn't have any idea market standard.
