1.there are very few new project , with most work focusing on support project. this result in a lack of opportunities for new skill growth, makes it less ideal for new learner or those looking for advance their skills it might better suited for individual closer to retirement who prioritize stability over skill development. 2. the project manager hold too much authority , including control over leaves and internal team conflicts, and which are often not handled effectively by even senior management as all inputs received from project manager. additionally lack of HR personal support for employee hinders well deserving individuals from receiving the necessary backing for role progression as every decision in project manager hands(specifically for Indian client projects). 3. cost cutting on laptop bags, no welcome kit, second hand or used laptops, not reimbursement for same city travel to client site project, almost no or very little peridium as due to low budget clients.

...ave, if you want to enjoy holiday with company's expense then this is the place. but if you are a hardworking individual and ethically can not digest free salary then stay away.

... who are left with 5-6 year of retirement already behave as if they are retired. guys if you think they why taking salary, please enjoy your holiday at your own expenses. Overall a bad experience tough its good for work life balance, but ultimately, one need to be engaged and busy with good or bad work, that supervision is missing, which is a key management portfolio.

1.No hike or very poor hike.3% max is what they give in most cases. 2.No transparency in promotion 3. People Manager and Team lead are running syndicate here 4.They force employees to resign very brutally. 5.No job Security. 6. If you are on bench and senior, youbhave only 3 months to find new project or resign. 7.Management owns Ibm. 8.Ahmedabad is the worst ibm location.City is best no disrespect for the city. 9.They want innovation in monitoring jobs.how could aomeone do innovation when you are just looking at screen and report. 10.They do not have Good sap projects,all are support. 11.Frequent transfers if the project is over. 12.Only certification is free.they do not five on job trainings,you are lucky if your senior guides you. 13.I feel like fresher even after 6 years in the industry. 9.

The work load is very balanced and the people here are very understanding of the position you are in. The flexibility with timings is just the best and the hybrid model works for all job roles.

Dislikes

The employee benefits are there but limited. A free cafeteria, transport facility (such as a cab), a bonus now and then would be a great way to keep the employees happy.

Manager only comes to me asking to fill timesheet . No compensation for working on National Holiday or any public Holiday. No appreciation or appraisal. Being awarded the performance award I was given a hike of mere 5%.
