No recognition for hard workers. No career growth. Financially no development even working from 7yrs but freshers have nice package more than experienced, so disgusting ,please cooperate for employees financial status too n give recognition

You have lot of options of learning and specially in the positions you can change and your have a different opportunity to change the difference skill technology

Regarding the salary pay you very less when promotions also given your get less amount only.

Lesser opportunities to grow, no hike even if you have more than 2 years experience, this is a desk job.

Before joining, ask the department, if it is TSS, do not join. It is worst department to join, no hike,not much benefits, upper level management is worst. They dont care about employee they only care about customer.
