IBM is an overall great place to work, they tend to pay a little below average and they want you to partake in their company culture, but their benefits and flexible nature of the working hours more than makes up for it. The work culture is very diverse, any team would have people working in a collaborative mind set who are coming from different backgrounds and culture. Also it's a gender diverse management, lots of women are present in the leaderships which motivating factor making me believe once day with putting efforts in the right way I could also achieve such career excellence.

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.

Job security - there are so many projects. If you are on bench then don't worry if you have skills.

There is nothing like annual/yearly appraisal. You can be on same package for 4 years no matter how hard you work. They will only point out for "out of the box like independently developed some AI toll or equivalent to it" thing and at this point you will loose the battle. If you are okay to get yearly 1-2% hike on overall package then only you should join

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.
