No appreciation for the efforts and less compensation. As per my experience, there is no proper management for promotion and appraisal. No work-life balance while working from home. Skills are underutilized. For ASE they offer a package of 450k, the fixed is 383k and you will get 28k per month in hand after the deduction.

1. Project Allocation without giving proper training. 2. Manager Cleary said Not to attend "Mandatory Training Session" (Once a week). 3. Managers and Team leads don't have any idea about freshers training and Mandatory Exam based on training (have passing criteria and failed in exam tends to terminate the employment) i.e huge communication gap between HR, Manager and Training people. 4. HR services at worst.

Work is culture is good, especially when you are working from office. Company has good brand name.

No work life balance, too long notice period, compensation is not well enough if you joined as a fresher, irregular promotion and hike.
