As per company policies. I haven't received Hyatt Care Fund. They not even concern to help their employees during COVID-19. I lost my job less Security amount received as in LWP for more than 2Months.

...den kicked out from an organization how difficult it will be for him to survive. least amount of salary getting till May. I was in very worst situation. Kindly, look into it and help me with the Job.

I used to feel like a family, employees helping each other in all possible ways. Great culture, learning opportunity. And mostly each one respected each other.

...oved with hiring quality people with right skills and paying them decently well. Salary and appraisal was why the attrition went up during my tenure.

Overall the cultural diversity and the learning that you'll get is amazing.

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

It's a brand and the salary structure is descent but incentive structure is excellent specially for front office.

No work life balance. Duty hours for Front Office team is 12 hours and sometimes it increases

Very bad experience in Hyatt regency gurgaon they never give salary kn time FOM mr. Amol has no respect he has very attitude no manner sorry to say.

Salary not on time less of employees work pressure working hrs too much more than 12 hrs i had very bad experience i did not get my upsell money.
