I m service line holder so will talk about same, rest better not to start goal with big companies that will require all of your years you dream to become manager. Gooodluck

... path. Rest compare to places like Delhi Bangalore Mumbai Chennai,City is cheap. But salary for starters will be low for sure. As that's all are business class hotel,doesn't give good salary

Hyatt Regency is the best place to start our career in hotel industry. There is a best environment to work with the skill full staff. Overall that is the best property in Ahmadabad in hotel industries.

They gives an average salary but staff is very good for cooperation.

Overall the cultural diversity and the learning that you'll get is amazing.

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

It's a brand and the salary structure is descent but incentive structure is excellent specially for front office.

No work life balance. Duty hours for Front Office team is 12 hours and sometimes it increases

... Gurgaon is a place where you can only fix your job and extend it till you want. No salary appraisals upto the average expectations. Which is not good for q reputed organization like Hyatt.
