Good salary hike but the career growth is slow. After a while the job starts to feel mundane.

I started my job in the company few years back as a software developer and have reached to a higher position. And till now it is a fulfilling and enriching journey. I have learnt a lot during the period. I am immensely grateful for all these years at hummingbird, where management's trust and belief in me allowed me to grow and take on diverse roles. Company has a very friendly and supportive environment. If you are self driven and ready to take ownership, this is the perfect place for you.

Not that I dislike but it will be good if company continues investing in career development programs for experienced employees

I love the entire work culture and work-life balance the most. Secondly, appraisals are really good but hikes can be better for the people who are working great and generating extraordinary results so that they stay for long.

Dislikes

I feel without a time tracker work will become more efficient and less stressful. Completion of the task must be the goal. Completing 8 hrs a day shouldn't become the task of the employee.

One area of improvement that I have noticed is company's Structuredness. However, considering the current trajectory of growth and continuous learning, I appreciate the commitment from leadership to build a strong foundation for success and their assurance to make ongoing improvements. This gives me the confidence in the company's future to be bright.

Small company with 80-100 employees. Company has 4 founders all of them are ex Infosys employees.

Dislikes

Only join the company if it's the last available option. Be aware of CTO of the company he is the most toxic and arrogant person. No work from home. There main concern is not to make sure that the work is being completed but it's to keep the employee occupied even if there is no work. Micromanagement (founders bringing there old company culture) common guys things have changed!
