You should know how to butter senior management and learn telegu to be in the company

Less salary Minimum appraisal Promotion with very minimum increament. Sometimes work on weekend due to client pressure. Seniors managers ignore junior working on off days. Had to work late hours because client is god for company and employee are nothing.
