Actually Nothing The culture, the people everything and everyone pathetic worst experience especially in the Bangalore office for north indians, banaglore location is something not preferable
everything they will deduct the bonus if you leave before 5 years all the amount you have to return so you end up loosing more money especially if you are a QA, the manager doesn't even knows how to search for a project in JIRA and no process is followed. You should know how to butter senior management and learn telegu to be in the company

Support work weekend work Manager don’t listen to their employee No new good work 16 hours shift but they don’t agree on this because they refer policy but it is happening in realistic Company is not in profit.

It is extremely unfortunate that you had to resort to publishing vague, misguiding and misleading statements for the readers of this review. Since you are still a part of the HSC family, you must be aware that HSC has been appraised with CMMi level – 5 certification for the three domains of Development, Services and People and is also the first organisation in the world to be appraised so. Such certifications are awarded after rigorous audits, checks and ensuring that the organisation is adhering to the policies and procedures. By extension of that, all our interactions, processes and even communications are guided by the laid down policies & procedures. Hence, your claims regarding the lack of policies are not only unsubstantial but are also irrational. However, yes, we do agree that there are times when just like any other software and engineering services company, customer & at times, phase of the project do influence our working routine. That is why HSC has a policy on flexible working hours, which by definition, explains that we do not observe strict office timings. As you must also be knowing that the Flexi Time policy helps ensure that HSCians get break to rejuvenate themselves after extended hours. We would encourage you to kindly talk to your manager, Engineering Group head, the Engineering Head or for that matter with Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, for not only you have developed misconceptions about the financial stability of the company but have also misconstrued the lack of interaction as “Manager not listening”. As you must be knowing that HSCians can also leverage internal platforms like AI powered – Amber, Q2M, Zero Hour etc. to share your concerns or suggestions anonymously if you wish so. But since you have no inclination towards knowing about the organisation’s policies or platforms, we understand why you must have missed out on knowing about the internal platforms. Less salary Minimum appraisal Promotion with very minimum increament. Sometimes work on weekend due to client pressure. Seniors managers ignore junior working on off days. Had to work late hours because client is god for company and employee are nothing.
