+ The way the HR and hiring managers lie. + The way they forget to pay you the joining bonus. + They hire you for a different role and move to a different business unit and change your role after you join so be careful. + Managers a super helpful in avoiding and career related discussion and promotion policy.

+ There is no promotion policy. Stay in the same role and retire is the new norm. Don't believe me? Please check in Linkedin. People are working in the same position for more than 15 years. + HCE is the business unit that got created out of no where and should avoid at any cost. + Too much of north and south politics. Even for monthly awards. + Old employees are demoralizing the new joinee and taking all the credits + Old employees engaging in petty politics instead of adding anything valuable. + Even there is corruption for our sourcing activities.

Worst experience. Big name because of the USA office work culture, compensation and growth. But In India racisim, favouritism, exploitation and fooling employees. I worked at eco world office.

They dont pay much hike while joining. internal policies for hikes and promotion is not at all transparent. there is no work life balance. too much work pressure. no motivation as recognition and rewards.. no way to enhance your skills..no onsite. no additional perks.. overall not a employee friendly organization.

- Initial compensation is at par with most companies of the same domain. - Job security for low-medium band employees. If your team is out of work, you will be accommodated in some other team. This does not apply for higher band/management level employees. - Office infrastructure is appealing.

...ent here. - Promotions are not based on performance. Neither is the annual hike. No other benefits/compensations for the extra hours you put. All you get is a 'Thank You' card. - Work environment is as mundane as the technologies they use. Fun events are conducted on Fridays just for namesake and nobody actually cares about it. - International travel opportunities are there but again, for preferred people. The rest of us are content by having the chocolates the travelers bring back. - No innovation in Aerospace domain at least. Other domains are better off. - Work-life balance who? Weekend support is expected through out the year. - Training is mostly On-Job. - No recognition for employee's efforts. In fact, higher management hogs on engineer's efforts and recognition hardly ever flows down. - Cafeteria in Madurai location is pathetic. Only south-indians can survive.
