Culture is good, Open platform to new ideas,thoughts or process. Work life balance is nice. You can get many online trainings to learn new topics or skills.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, groupism you can see in many teams. Less opportunity for induvisual to grow in carrer wise. they will charge for everything like transport, food and all in your salary. Be clear about your salary split-up. No benificial things like team-outing, deepavali gift or year gift nothing. Not even sweets.

So much politics. You have to be aggressive to be visible to higher management. Whatever work you do or helping somebody you will have to send mail to concerned person by putting others in cc. Unless that person will take advantage of that and you won't be visible. DON'T EMOTIONALLY ATTACH TO ANYONE. Initially, they will behave well, once their work is done then they will show their attitude.

The job security is there.. the cultural events are also very good..

They dont pay much hike while joining. internal policies for hikes and promotion is not at all transparent. there is no work life balance. too much work pressure. no motivation as recognition and rewards.. no way to enhance your skills..no onsite. no additional perks.. overall not a employee friendly organization.
