Don't prefer to join in Honeywell if you are a mobile app developer, you will forgot everything and there is no scope for learning and implementing new concepts like kotlin jetpack mvvm etc etc

Work culture is OK. You can get support from team. Job security is fabulous. Flat salary everything is fixed.

Lots of meetings where hardly anything gets concluded. Hardly people have the complete understanding on the overall product. Poor appraisal. Infeasible deadlines.its recurring practice. Late night sitting is like a common trend. Managers forces employees to take interview on weekends intentionally. Managers are treating there peer as slave,you can expect a call in late night to fix a issue. They can ask you to fix the code issue even if you are on vacation and don't have the internet access. Depends totally in which team you are working. You can get a chance to work on the core products. Most of the products are world class solution. Management gives infeasible deadlines which are impossible to meet at the end team has to cope
