When you ask for promotion, all the drama starts that you are not doing great, this that. Until that movement you are doing great, you deserve promotion but when you ask for it, this is how it goes and threaten you to put you under PIP without any proof nothing. HRS organization is highly corrupted and its starts from the leadership in US specifically HRS top leader and one of her subordinate. They spend organization money without any control the best example is couple of years back they moved all the HRS operations work from India to Manila and paid hefty severance and now they closed the Manila hub and again paid the severance there and moved back all the process to India. There is a worst HRS leader in India who don't have operations back ground and he expects everyone to be in the office regularly and he comes ones in a while and leave early (just for the sake of attendance in office)with the support of the US leadership. Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.
NO promotions, once you become a Senior financial analyst here, then it will be a full stop. You can't expect the next position if you wait 10 years also. Plenty of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.
