Joined as a Project Trainee. The Organisation is extremely Big and there are Very Good learning Opportunities in any field/direction. The co-workers are good supporters professionally/morally/personally/monetary. Company Policy are per industry, the year on year increment is nominal.

Example : Monetary--- - There will be pay cuts - There will be lay offs - Pay increment Reversals - No Market / Mid Year Correction - No Overtime pay Growth-- - Intern to advance software eng is slow, post which extreme politics. - Software Tools are Properitery Work life Balance-- overworked underpaid Benefits are reduced every 3 years.

Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Dislikes

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

Culture is good, Open platform to new ideas,thoughts or process. Work life balance is nice. You can get many online trainings to learn new topics or skills.

Dislikes

...u can see in many teams. Less opportunity for induvisual to grow in carrer wise. they will charge for everything like transport, food and all in your salary. Be clear about your salary split-up. No benificial things like team-outing, deepavali gift or year gift nothing. Not even sweets.

Worst experience. Big name because of the USA office work culture, compensation and growth. But In India racisim, favouritism, exploitation and fooling employees. I worked at eco world office.

No growth. Full of politics. This blocks growth.
