Being a product based,Company is good with average work life balance, with very few new technology exposer, Very few career growth but better then all service based companies. Compensation is below normal .

At Honeywell process is given at most importance, Skill Development is given importance but there will be minimal support you are on your own to learn and build your skills

1. Innovation is given importance but there will be very minimal support. You need to spend lot of time and effort to mingle with like minded and extract the information, but at the same time you have to balance your work. 2. Work life balance, salary/appraisal is good. 3.
