Honeywell definitely has a decent work culture. In recent times, in covid, there were no firings but compensation was cut a bit by reducing 5 days of salary per month for 3 months. This continued for few months but we are thankful that there were no job cuts. The learning culture was boosted since the entire workforce is gearing up for the niche skills hence you will find good learning opportunities, trainings with badges, Udemy free paid access etc., What i liked most is the continuous engagement of the management to inculcate the one honeywell culture and values to its employees. We have 8 key habits and 4 Honeywell cuture which is held high by the management. You will grow in organization only if you have an innovation mindset otherwise you willl be stagnant.

Dislikes

Compensation..Compensation..Compensation..It is less compared to industry standards i believe but new comers get a better package than existing employees.

Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Dislikes

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

Honeywell has a very good work culture. All the people are very polite and helpful. U can go and talk to literally anybody. Amazing place for women to work. Also flexible work hours.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals are very low here. One needs to wait long for promotion even if he is working actively. Salary is quite low if compared with market standard.

Culture is good, Open platform to new ideas,thoughts or process. Work life balance is nice. You can get many online trainings to learn new topics or skills.

Dislikes

...u can see in many teams. Less opportunity for induvisual to grow in carrer wise. they will charge for everything like transport, food and all in your salary. Be clear about your salary split-up. No benificial things like team-outing, deepavali gift or year gift nothing. Not even sweets.

...exposer, Very few career growth but better then all service based companies. Compensation is below normal .
