You will have to do overtime all the time, they force you to overtime. They under pay you, the founder of the company doesn't speak professionally, talks very disrespectfully. Even on Saturday which is a half day, they force you to extend on Saturday too, gives you unnecessary threats. They have forced us to work till 12am too.

I am still working in this company. Founders are very educated and helpful. The company has been growing so fast since I have been working here. The company is tech focused and is now one of the largest influencer marketing ecosystem. I am loving working here so much that I might not be leaving this company ever as the learning and growth opportunities are huge here.

Beware: If you join this company, you will never want to leave this again. It's so good!

I've had the privilege of working at Hobo.Video for the last 2 years, and it has truly been a transformative experience. Very amazing place to work for longer period. When I joined, it was difficult for me to adapt into work from home environment. It was quite tough to sit and work in front of laptop all day. But when I started learning, I got to know that hard work is the key to success. The company is growing very fast and is completely work from home so you don't need to leave you home, spend money to stay in a different city just to do the job. You can work in this company from home for very long time. This has been a dream job to me.

No dislikes. For the people who want to earn salary without hard work and who think that it's possible to deceive easily in work from home condition, there is no place for them in this company as this company has developed special method to work from home where productivity is also 100%.

Likes

The company is very good to start your career and stay here for 1-3 years as seniors are very cooperative and help you with every step. Every colleague of mine was very proud working here and dedicatedly worked even for more number of hours. Some people might feel uncomfortable working in such a fast paced and highly learning environment job as this requires strong commitment and dedication.

Dislikes

People who are looking for 9 to 5 job can't survive in this company. But people who are looking for super growth should only join this company.
