Telling salary something else, giving something else, They don't give proper uniform as per the company policy, Salary account in such bank (HDFC) whose service charges is very high (For example:- the debit card annual charge of HDFC bank is equal to our 3 days salary). Transportation service for employees is very bad, they have AC busses but they never turn it on. Seniors don't know about Team work, They all live with their own egos.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
