1. I found the company work culture to be quite rigid . 2. Firstly, I'm not an illiterate worker and I've to work with contractual workers in the same category,but their behaviour is quite poor . 3. The amount of work you do is less compared to the supervisor and line leader , and they treat us rudely . 4. The recruitment process is very poor . They don't consider your qualifications, they only look for laborers to work . 5. As a diploma mechanical engg., I'm not satisfied with my work in the 4 wheeler machining dept. Telling salary something else, giving something else, They don't give proper uniform as per the company policy, Salary account in such bank (HDFC) whose service charges is very high (For example:- the debit card annual charge of HDFC bank is equal to our 3 days salary). Transportation service for employees is very bad, they have AC busses but they never turn it on. Seniors don't know about Team work, They all live with their own egos....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
