The main reason is lack of pay, lack of English communication among employees, the worst part is pantry issue and also the transport issue thank you.

This payroll organization who just hired the employee fire the employee they dont have any policy which is benefit for the emplyee this organization control by other organization they dont have single power for their employee worst hr manisha they have

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... and it’s an overall view all we have to learn our own when u actually work.There is lot of attrition as many of them leave the company very soon so due to less salary and more work ,they show very less respect towards personal life,we can work here for gaining experience.

Nothing to say about like it's the salary is on time at all the time almost a 90% accurately given the last day of month.

Many more, no induction, no HR meet after onboarding, hike is not given on performance basis, no leaves data.
