... organisation to start carrier. After two years will become laiblity to company. Because seniors do the same thing in doubl salary which freshers can do it in less salary.

Most of the supervisor are hired from inside, who do not have much experience on people management. They take personal if you are suggesting or sharing any idea.

Good experience for a fresher, then you're better off switching as Theres no growth in terms of skill, compensation etc. Flexible timings and Alternate Saturdays Off. Can opt for WFH.

Dislikes

If you're in a bad team your experience Will be ruined. Salary is low and growth is stagnant. Somedays there's so much work it takes 12+ hrs shift during peak Payroll periods. Also some people are Nice, Many aren't. But management is stingy. Culture is quite dull. It's a mediocre at best company to add in your resume.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.
