Initial training given is good, given the thin chance that you find good teammates and colleagues you can survive working in this organization. A handful of the team leads are very knowledgeable and understand the team members. The organization also provides two-way transport.

Dislikes

Compensation and bonuses depend on how much the team leads and managers like you. Management does not value individuals' strength and is not interested in the growth of any individual.No proper training is given to new team leads so the tenured employees have to constantly keep telling the leads how the project functions. They do not understand the urgency of an outgoing employee and behave very rude and disrespectfully to the outgoing employee. Job security is minimum unless the team leads and managers like you. There is lot of bad office politics.

Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

Dislikes

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.

I like everything where there is no pressure to do OT or to do 100 plus cases . They are giving good salary and hike where the TLs , Gls , Assistant Mangers, Mangers are friendly relationship where as they teach us if we are not able to understand anything they explain us in there own language which are understandable. No forcing to quite the job if we are unable to reach our commitments Am excited to work here for more years.

2 years of bond papers should not be there to anyone

Not about dislikes over all best but little but concern is for fresher basic pay is very less and also experienced that’s it

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
