Very good working environment, care taking seniors and good team members,. Manager's are also responsible and friendly in nature. Over all very good place to work.

Dislikes

Nothing much but the only main problem is getting approved with leave sanctions and appraisal's in the salary. But overall it is fine. Good company.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

...t to join HGS ,there working culture is very bad.Hr does not support any matter.they hold 1st month salary without informed me.BM,TL,HR does not support and treated like cruel and illiterate person.I am starve to death due to.They hired and fire.totally waste of time .

This payroll organization who just hired the employee fire the employee they dont have any policy which is benefit for the emplyee this organization control by other organization they dont have single power for their employee worst hr manisha they have

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
